Michelle Dobrow, Manager of Participant Services: comes to us with over a decade of experience.The last position she held was Direct Service Professional II at the Arc San Francisco where she specialized in working with persons on the Autism Spectrum. Her dedication, knowledge and experience make her the perfect Lead staff at IN: San Francisco.
Melissa Roncal, Support Professional: began her career in the customer service industry. About 5 years ago she decided that she wanted to do something more fulfilling and began working with persons with developmental disabilities. Her last position held was a Direct Service Professional in a community based day service with the Arc SF. Melissa's adaptability and passion for this work makes her a great addition to the IN: San Francisco team.
Chanel Blackwell, Support Professional: Chanel knew from a young age that she wanted to work in this field because of the inspiration she got from her older brother who was a person with autism. She has over 2 decades of experience and has worked in many aspects of this field both here in the Bay Area and in South Jersey. Chanel's straight forward approach and unconditional caring makes her a participant favorite at IN: San Francisco.
Chris Cojuangco, Support Professional: has worked with persons with intellectual developmental disabilities for more than a decade. Chris began his career in the corporate sector but found the work to be unfulfilling. A friend who worked in this field suggested he look into it. In the 10 plus years since, Chris has built a solid reputation as an instructor and advocate. Chris was always one of our first choices when starting out and definitely brings a lot to the table.
Abel Mouton, Support Professional (on-call): has been working with persons with developmental disabilities for over 10 years. He has worked in Supported Living Services and as a Health Advocate in a Wellness program. He works for IN: San Francisco as a Direct Service Professional on an as needed basis.
